The client was one of the leading cleaning services in the Philippines, targeting Manila and the neighbouring districts. They had quite a number of years of service behind them but were looking for a way to gain new clients and beat out their competitors.

This client had no online presence prior to approaching us. We built their website from scratch and created a section where customers could order services online. This made booking very convenient for the users and orders began to trickle in organically. The client was also interested in running PPC campaigns and maintaining a social media presence.

The competition in this domain can be described as “hysterical”. We were up against several cleaning and pest control companies in the Philippines. Branding for this company was at an all time low and since they had never entered the digital space, the company was slightly clueless about how to proceed.

The outcome of the project was that the company became a leading and trusted brand in the Philippines. We ran several fruitful PPC campaigns that helped to bring in the refined footfall. This way, the company was able to tweak its service offering.
They were able to increase their service portfolio and understand what the customer really wanted from them. Once they did that, they were able to attract more clients. Having new services certainly helped to attract a new clientele.
