One of Manila’s largest fine dining restaurant chains approached us for branding. They had a wide customer base and were very popular in the Philippines, but were losing out because of a serious lack of brand identity. They had several hits and misses with their brand and after jumping from agency to agency, came to us for a try.

The client required a better engagement with their audience. They were keen to promote their customers and build a strong brand loyalty. Apart from fine-tuning their website and social media, we also ran a lot of polls to build engagement with the customer base. Since social media marketing was their main focus, that’s what we provided to them.

What were the challenges we faced?

There was no coherence in the branding and social media strategy of the restaurant chain. Also, there was stiff competition from other fine dining restaurants. Boosting engagement with the brand was very vital as the brand’s online presence was highly schizophrenic with no clarity or intention.

What was the outcome of the project?

The restaurant chain evolved into one of the trendiest places in town in a matter of months. Soon the footfall was enviable and bookings increased. Hence, a strong content marketing helped to increase people’s interest in the restaurant chain which converted manifold times.
Social media marketing was taken up with a vengeance. We had many unique and innovative posts created which became very popular. Given the social media engagement, the dining chain became a place where people simply had to visit to try out the food.
